| Jeffrey was invited to launch the opening of a brand new Sydney art gallery. |
| Jeffrey held a solo exhibition at the new C2 Gallery Of Fine Art at Silverwater Sydney with over 50 art works on display. |
| The Opening of this exhibition was the 10th September through to 2nd October 2004 |
| The gallery and building complex is a three level fully renovated purpose built cultural and business center. |
| As well as being invited to be the opening artist, Jeffrey was also commissioned to create a major art piece for the entrance of this new complex. |
